Climbing Lifestyle

Doesn’t matter what grade you climb or how long you’ve been at it; rock climbing is a way of life. If you dedicate yourself to this pursuit, most of your choices revolve around climbing, hence the climbing lifestyle. Easy to explain, but way harder to put into practice.

We are on a gnarly journey that’ll never get any easier. We may get stronger, yes, but the fight is never-ending. That’s because training for climbing is about more than getting physically strong; that’ll only get you halfway, at most. It’s our mind game that often holds us back and can also give us unlimited supply of power.
